As a member of the Houston community since 1966, Cyclone Anaya’s takes the health and happiness of our friends and neighbors very seriously. As such, we are closely monitoring local developments in regard to the coronavirus, or COVID-19.

We would like to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to remain a safe and welcoming place for all. Here are a few of the procedures that all of our team members follow to help protect our guests and one another:

  • We uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with CDC best practices for food preparation and service.
  • Our restaurants and consistently cleaned and sanitized throughout the day, including the thorough cleaning of all surfaces, proper hand-washing procedures, and deep cleaning overnight.
  • We regularly welcome third-party auditors to inspect our restaurants and ensure the highest standards for safety and sanitization are always upheld.
  • Sick employees are always encouraged to stay home, and any employee who arrives or becomes sick on the job is sent home immediately according to our
    sick-leave policies.

Currently, we are reviewing and emphasizing all proper hygiene and disease prevention policies thoroughly with our staff in order to ensure our guests’ comfort and safety. We have no plans to close and have had no issues with illness at any of our locations. We remain committed to maintaining Cyclone Anaya’s as a fun, safe, and delicious refuge for all.
