Champagne lovers, it’s your time to shine! With 2017 on the way out, we’re excited to celebrate the new year with you, Cyclone’s-style. Is there any better way to ring in 2018 than with champagne, brunch, and margaritas? Here’s what we have planned:

New Year’s 3-Day Weekend Brunch

New Year’s Day falls on a Monday this year, which means we’ll brunch all weekend and right through Monday. That’s three straight days of penny mimosa refills alongside scratch-made classic Tex-Mex brunch favorites! Call up your brunch crew and join us Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for the best brunch in town!

Korbel Champagne Margarita

This time of year, everyone wants you to order champagne, but what if you want a margarita? Our Korbel Champagne Margarita is the perfect compromise and the quintessential New Year’s drink for any margarita lover. We take a jumbo glass of our famous house margarita recipe and flip a mini bottle of Korbel California Champagne on top. When you order one, your friends will know you’re ready to party!

Coming in 2018…

We have some exciting plans for 2018, including the addition of a few new items to the menu! We introduced the Jalisco Fajita and Brisket Fundido tacos on National Taco Day this year, and thanks to your overwhelming response, we’ve decided to bring them to the menu full-time in early 2018. You’ve also asked for a sizzlin’ fajita iron skillet and that’s coming to a Cyclone’s near you in 2018, too!
